Free consultation necessary?

• Your comfort level with your counsellor is a TOP contributor to your success in counselling, so I strongly recommend that you have a few free consultations to help you decide who you’d like to work with.

• To book a free consultation, contact Ron directly: 403.700.8515 (text or call). You CAN'T book consultations online.

Session lengths and fees?

• 50 minutes: $200 (GST exempt)

• 80 minutes: $300 (GST exempt)

Slide fee scale / reduced fee?

• If finances are or become an issue, please talk to me about the possibility of a reduced fee.

Payment methods accepted?

• E-transfer (no service fee added) to my email address

• Credit cards (service fee is added): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Accepted insurance plans?

• Counselling sessions with psychologists are covered by all insurance plans >> you’d be wise to learn the details of your coverage, including when your benefit funding resets each year. 

• If I’m not listed as a "provider" on your insurance company’s website, choose “Provider not listed” (or similar wording) and then enter my info manually (all the info needed is on your receipt).

Direct billing?

• I don’t provide direct billing: after you pay for a session, I’ll email you a receipt for your insurance company. 

Cancellation policy?

• Please give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule with LESS that 24 hours notice, the full fee is charged. There is flexibility for emergencies.
